AI Safety Policy
This policy describes how eVisca AI is intended to be used safely. eVisca AI is designed as a productivity assistant, not as a replacement for qualified professionals or human judgment.
Last updated: June 17, 2026
1. Productivity-focused AI
eVisca AI is built to support writing, summaries, document assistance, study help, note creation, and web-assisted research. The service is not intended to provide high-impact professional decisions or to automate decisions that affect a person’s rights, safety, health, finances, employment, housing, education, legal status, or access to essential services.
2. AI output limitations
AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for a specific situation. Users should verify important information with reliable sources and must not rely on eVisca AI as the only source for serious, safety-critical, medical, financial, legal, or emergency decisions.
3. Human consent and identity safety
eVisca AI must not be used to create deceptive content about real people, including non-consensual likeness generation, deepfakes, face swaps, unauthorized impersonation, voice impersonation, or content that falsely suggests a person said, did, approved, or endorsed something.
4. Medical, weight-loss, and health safety
eVisca AI may provide general educational information, but it must not be used as a medical service. It must not be used for diagnosis, treatment, emergency medical guidance, personalized medication instructions, eating disorder support, or personalized weight-loss, bodybuilding, or health programs that require a qualified professional.
5. Financial and trading safety
eVisca AI must not be used to provide trading signals, guaranteed profit claims, personalized investment strategies, regulated financial advice, credit decisions, insurance decisions, or instructions that encourage users to make high-risk financial decisions without a qualified professional.
6. Safety controls and enforcement
We may apply technical, operational, and policy controls to reduce misuse. These controls may include usage limits, content restrictions, access limits, account review, feature restrictions, abuse monitoring, and support review when activity appears unsafe or violates our policies.
7. Reporting safety concerns
Users can report unsafe output, abuse, impersonation, privacy issues, or policy concerns by contacting support@evisca.com. Reports should include the account email, a short description of the issue, and screenshots or message details when helpful.
