Acceptable Use Policy
This policy explains what users may and may not do with eVisca AI. eVisca AI is a productivity-focused AI assistant for writing, summaries, document help, note creation, and web-assisted research.

1. Purpose of the service
eVisca AI is intended for lawful productivity use, including drafting, rewriting, summarizing, studying, organizing notes, document assistance, and general research support. Users must use the service responsibly and must comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.
2. Prohibited misuse
Users may not use eVisca AI for illegal activity, fraud, phishing, spam, malware, unauthorized access, credential theft, evasion of security controls, harassment, hate, exploitation, privacy violations, impersonation, or content that facilitates harm to people, systems, or property.
3. Identity, likeness, image, and voice restrictions
Users may not use eVisca AI to create or request deepfakes, face swaps, non-consensual realistic likenesses, unauthorized impersonation, voice cloning, voice impersonation, deceptive identity content, or content designed to mislead others about a real person’s actions, speech, identity, consent, or endorsement.
4. Professional advice restrictions
eVisca AI is not a medical, legal, financial, investment, trading, therapy, emergency, or professional advisory service. Users may not rely on eVisca AI for diagnosis, treatment, personalized weight-loss programs, trading signals, investment strategies, legal decisions, or other high-impact decisions that require a qualified professional.
5. Adult, gambling, and regulated content
Users may not use eVisca AI to generate, promote, or monetize adult sexual content, sexual exploitation, gambling services, regulated weapons, controlled substances, counterfeit goods, stolen goods, or other regulated or prohibited products and services.
6. Intellectual property and privacy
Users must not upload, request, or generate content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, confidentiality obligations, or other third-party rights. Users are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions for the content they submit or use.
7. Enforcement
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when we identify misuse, policy violations, security risk, payment abuse, or activity that may expose users, eVisca AI, partners, payment providers, or the public to harm. We may also remove or block content where required by law, safety obligations, or platform rules.
